The Royal Kinshasa was inspired by my voyages across East Africa, The Middle East, and West Africa. In my travels I noticed that every tribe and nation had a distinct dress, specific to their indigenous people. Whether, Ethiopian, Sudanese, Ghanaian, Nigerian, Saudi or Emirate, I found myself admiring different aspects of their native clothing. I wanted to take pieces of each and integrate them into a design that represented men of color in the West. I wanted these men to be able to showcase their own regality, dignity and grace in the western world. I’ve been careful to only use the finest of fabrics. Each piece is hand cut and sewn by experienced tailors in the Middle East.
Qarnain Collection accommodates an array of heights and sizes. Each piece is designed to reflect the individuality and unique personality of the man who wears it. My prayer is that my creations convey the nobility and beauty that I see in my fellow man.
